ABOUT ME

My work focuses on the development, implementation, and application of numerical methods for astrophysical plasma simulations. I deal with both magnetohydrodynamic (i.e. fluid-based) and kinetic (i.e. particle-based) approaches. I am specialized in the construction of explicit and implicit algorithms for differential equations implemented in production codes. Together with my research group, I theoretically explore the Newtonian, special-relativistic, and general-relativistic plasma regimes. Take a look at my CV, research group, and current research projects below if you wish to know more about me!

It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science.”
